From Fragmented Channels to a $4M Commerce System
Connected marketplaces, paid media, Shopify, lifecycle, analytics, and operations into a multi-channel revenue system.
The situation
Statements2000 had what most e-commerce brands cannot manufacture: a real artist story, handmade products, marketplace traction, and an audience that responded to the work. But Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, paid media, email, local sales, inventory, shipping, and reporting were operating too independently. The business had demand. It needed the system behind that demand to compound.
What we built
We brought paid media in house, rebuilt channel strategy, and connected the owned and marketplace sides of the business. Etsy grew through marketplace SEO and paid campaigns. Amazon received its own SEO, ads, and merchandising system. An old HTML site was replaced with a custom Shopify Liquid build supporting roughly 1,000 products.
Klaviyo welcome, browse-abandonment, cart-abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back programs turned email into a meaningful revenue channel. GTM, GA4, Amplitude, Microsoft Clarity, custom events, dashboards, and reporting created a shared measurement layer. A custom operations app supported printing, shipping labels, order management, and warehouse production planning.
The result
The business reached roughly $4M in annual revenue. Etsy grew from about $300K to $1M per year, and Amazon grew from about $800K to $1.2M. Bringing paid media in house saved roughly $10K per month, while email grew to around 30% of additional annual sales and loyalty contributed another 8%.
The unlock was not one channel. It was connecting marketplaces, acquisition, lifecycle, analytics, and operations so each part made the next one stronger.
