Our address is 3528 Victoria Dr, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. This policy applies to website visitors, prospective clients, and people who contact us. A separate agreement may govern information we process while delivering services to a client.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and business information, such as your name, email, phone number, company, role, monthly paid-media spend, project details, and communication preferences.
- Files and submissions you choose to upload or include in a form, email, or other communication.
- Device, usage, and log information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, timestamps, and interactions with the site.
- Cookie and campaign information, including consent choices, UTM parameters, ad click identifiers, and similar attribution data.
- Communication records, including emails, calls, meeting details, and requests you make to us.
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from advertising and analytics partners when you consent, and from business sources such as a referral or publicly available professional profile.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, prepare proposals, and deliver requested services;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and business;
- understand website performance and measure campaigns when you allow analytics or marketing technologies;
- send service, relationship, and permitted marketing communications;
- prevent fraud, enforce our terms, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or similar business transaction.
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely as applicable on your consent, performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that process it for us; professional advisers; a transaction counterparty; authorities when legally required; and others at your direction. Our planned vendor inventory includes:
- Vercel for website hosting and infrastructure;
- HubSpot for contact, form, and customer-relationship management;
- Google Workspace and Gmail for business communications and file collaboration;
- PostHog, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity for consented analytics;
- Google Tag Manager for tag delivery and consent controls;
- Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn for consented advertising measurement;
- Cloudflare Turnstile for form security if enabled; and
- Vercel Blob for secure storage of files you submit through the contact form.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures through advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies may be considered “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out below.
Cookies and consent choices
Necessary technologies are used to operate the site and remember your choices. Analytics and marketing technologies are denied by default and are activated only after the relevant choice. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie Preferences” in the footer. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
We treat an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a request to keep marketing technologies off on that browser. Because browser signals are device- and browser-specific, you may need to make the same choice elsewhere.

Retention varies by record type and relationship. Before launch, we will document a specific schedule at Data retention is kept for up to 2 years, but most data is only used within a 60 day window, and only used for business, marketing, or internal use.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including access controls, encryption in transit, vendor review, and restricted file handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
