The situation

A highly regulated manufacturing conglomerate needed substantially more demand without sacrificing compliance, lead quality, or operational control. The existing acquisition model was producing too little volume at a cost that constrained growth. The problem was not one campaign. It was the system connecting the message, media, website, qualification, routing, and follow-up.

What we built

We rebuilt the growth path end to end: campaign structure, audience and offer testing, conversion-focused landing experiences, measurement, CRM workflows, automations, and lead routing. The work treated every stage as part of the same economic problem. More clicks would not matter if the page, qualification logic, or handoff could not convert and process the demand.

Because the category was highly regulated, creative and targeting decisions were made inside the constraints of the business rather than bolted on after launch. Reporting connected acquisition cost to lead volume and funnel movement, giving the team a clearer basis for budget and operating decisions.

The result

Lead volume increased by 1,000% while cost per lead fell to 10% of its previous level. The result came from fixing the full path—not from finding a temporary platform loophole. The client remains unnamed by agreement, but the commercial outcome is documented.
